All prices are subject to change without notice. Catalog prices do not reflect the cost of delivery. We do not ship C.O.D. Sales taxes will automatically be added to any applicable purchase. The customer receives notice from joes-smokehouse.com by at the time of purchase, and once again, at the time the package is picked up for delivery the following day. When the package is picked up by , customers will receive notice of delivery for the following day, along with tracking information. PACKAGING Your meats are individually packaged , fitted with gel ice packs and cushioned with packing peanuts to ensure product quality for up to 48 hours. QUALITY Please note that to ensure quality, we cut your meats to order. We will always try to cut the specific amount requested, but it is possible that we might cut slightly more or less. Please understand that this is one of the challenges of offering a handcrafted product and that we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
